How We Operate

What happens when you place an order?

Step 1 

Request your proof. 

After you place your order, we will set it up in our system and the designer will make any changes that you requested to the item.

Step 2

Receive your proof by email.

Once the designer has completed his changes, you will receive a proof by email. If you order by 2 pm Eastern time, you will usually receive your proof the same day. If you order later than that, you would normally have it by lunch time the next day.

Step 3

Review your proof & make changes.

After receiving your proof, you should review it to ensure that all the information you provided was transferred correctly. You should also check it to see that all your changes were completed to your satisfaction. If there's a mistake or you have another change, call or email us and we'll make the correction and send you an updated proof. If everything is correct and you are ready to order, go to step four.

Step 4

Pay for your proof & finalize your order.

Once you've verified that everything is correct, you can either pay through the payment link that will be included at the bottom of the email or call us with a credit card number to process. You can even mail us a check, though we can't begin work until the check is received. Once payment is received, we consider that your final approval of the proof and we will send the order to production.
